Digital Content Policy

Because our products are digital, they’re available immediately and can’t be physically returned.
However, we stand by what we create.
If you experience a technical failure or a content issue—for example:

  • The file won’t download
  • The link is broken
  • The file is incomplete, corrupted, or missing sections

What We’ll Do

If the issue is confirmed on our side, we will:

  • Replace the file, or
  • Provide a full refund to your original payment method

Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days.
